Welcome to 313 Portofino Loop; this South facing, pull through lot offers easy pull-in and pull-out!  A beautiful, covered patio with a luxury polywood Adirondack dinette offers dining with two swivel chairs and two non-swivels.  This is the perfect setting for the smoking and BBQ enthusiasts to enjoy the use of a Weber charcoal grill, Oklahoma Joe smoker, and the Blackstone grill!  A stainless-steel preparation counter is offered exclusively for hot plates or hot cook ware.  Manual sunshades on the south and west side of the patio provide coverage from the sunrays when needed.  Two low lying Adirondack style chairs offer additional seating that rest nicely under optional ground umbrellas.  The lush, mature landscaping provides privacy yet still has a sense of openness.  This lot is only a quick walk to our luxury clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center, and our infinity edge, zero entry pool!  Owners respectfully ask that no electric vehicles are permitted unless on 30-day reservations. All 30-day reservations are billed electric usage regardless of type of tow vehicle.  Positively no hot plates or hot cooking pots please on the polywood table or chairs.  The golf cart, firepit, gas grill, and mini fridge are not part of the guest rental and are not available for usage.  When available, propane is sold separately in our Welcome Center for the smoker; however, charcoal for the grill is not available through the office.
