The spacious, enclosed covered patio features EZE Breeze all-season windows, recessed lighting, and two ceiling fans, creating a comfortable and inviting space for relaxing or entertaining in a variety of weather conditions. The adjustable windows allow you to enjoy the fresh breeze when desired while providing protection from rain and the elements when needed.

Inside the enclosure, you’ll find multiple seating options, including high-end wicker chairs with matching ottomans and plush cushions, along with two comfortable cushioned glider rockers. A large, elegant dining table comfortably seats six, making it ideal for enjoying meals or gathering with family and friends.

Just outside the enclosed patio, a propane firepit creates the perfect setting for relaxing in the evening.  Four swivel Pollywood Adirondack gliders provide comfortable seating around the fire, offering a cozy outdoor retreat.  As a thank you for staying a week, 1 full propane gas bottle rental is included for your use, monthly stays, owners will provide rental of up to 2 full bottles.
