Welcome to 435 Portofino Loop! This North facing pull through lot offers spacious patio coverage. Enjoy outdoor dining at the round concrete table and benches. A large ground umbrella helps provide shade and keeps you from the warm sun rays. If being out of the sun is more your preference have a refreshing beverage seated at the bar height table and stools inside the screened in gazebo. A mini fridge is available to keep those drinks cool! The stainless-steel mobile counter space is perfect for prepping food and snacks as you get ready to use the propane grill! After a nice day visiting our beaches, relax in two cozy, low-lying Adirondack-style chairs nestled around a fire pit as you watch the sun set. This lot is situated at the South end of our resort. With no direct neighbors on the West side of your coach you will enjoy added privacy and a grand view of beautiful, landscaped grassland! Please note, propane for the grill and firepit sold separately at the Welcome Center.
