A stand-up patio heater and a cozy fire pit create the ideal setting for relaxing evenings (propane tank required for all).
For dining and gathering, enjoy a unique surfboard-shaped high-top table with four chairs, with a center umbrella for shade during sunny days . Around the fire pit, you’ll find four plush cushioned chairs, offering a comfortable space, to unwind with friends or family. To complete this space, it can be shaded by a large telescope umbrella with built-in solar lighting—perfect for both sunny days and evening ambiance.  
Adding a touch of coastal charm, the side of the casita showcases a decorative surfboard with convenient hooks—perfect for hanging bathing suits or towels after a day at the pool or beach.
The space is enhanced with ample landscape lighting set on a dusk-to-dawn timer, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere both day and night.  Owner use only, casita and golf cart.
