If you’re looking for tranquility, welcome to 440 Portofino Loop!  This quiet terraced lot features extra patio space on both the North and South sides of a screened gazebo.  On the North alcove you’ll find comfort seated in four multicolored Adirondack chairs with two side tables where you can enjoy your favorite evening beverage, or your fresh morning brew!  Mature and lush tropical foliage adds privacy and beauty.   Situated on the South side of the gazebo is a large extended patio with a Kamado Joe grill waiting to sear your best BBQ!   Inside the spacious, screened gazebo an Adirondack table and four chairs, coupled with a ceiling fan and light, await your dining experience or nighttime card game!  This back in lot offers a gorgeous front view of one of our cascading water fountains and centerpiece lake.  For your additional viewing, soft evening lights from across the water help illuminate our grand clubhouse and pool deck.  Just a short walk from one of our fenced dog parks, dog washrooms, and luxury bath, laundry facilities.   This lot is ideal for those traveling with another coach as this lot has a private walkway between the bottle brush foliage that allows easy access to the East side premium lot. Please note: the propane firepit inside the gazebo and the custom built wood coach steps are for owner use only and are not part of the guest rental.
