Bella Terra RV Resort
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Your balance is due on arrival. Traveler’s checks, cashiers checks and major credit cards are welcome.
RENT, OCCUPANCY, UTILITIES & MISC CHARGES:
Rental rates are based on a 4-person occupancy assuming all guests arrive/depart together. A 5th & 6th guest may be added for an additional $1/night per guest. Outside visitors are charged a $10 visitor fee, but no more than 6 occupants are allowed at any given time, per site rental. Among the charges found on your confirmation are Rent, Taxes, and Utility Fees (if applicable*.) Other fees may include, but are not limited to: visitor use fees, special events, propane tank rentals ($20), water permits for RV/car washing ($5), cleaning/damage fees.
*Nightly & Weekly rates include ALL utilities. Monthly rates do NOT include any electric fees. If you are billed the monthly rate, your meter will be read prior to your arrival and on the day of your departure. ALL electric used will be billed in addition to the monthly rate at $0.14/kw and applied to the guest’s credit card on file at the end of the month.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Bella Terra RV Resort requires 72 hours notice for changes or cancellations to daily or weekly rentals. If a cancellation is not submitted within that time, guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s rent. 30 days notice is required for cancellations or changes to monthly reservations. Month reservations cancelled within that last 30 days will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds are issued for early departure except for in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Bella Terra RV Resort rental office hours may vary according to season. Operating hours are 9:00 AM -4:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday, CST.
All guests are required to check in at the Bella Terra rental office to pick up your rental packet with gate keys. Gate keys must be returned to Front Desk or guest will be charged a $25.00 replacement fee. Check in time begins at 12:00 PM. Early check-ins may be scheduled by contacting the Front Desk.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN:
Please notify us if you plan to arrive after business hours. We will need to make arrangements for late check-in. Guests who are arriving after rental office hours are required to check in at the rental office the following morning by 11:00 AM.
Bella Terra RV Resort makes every effort to keep reservations according to requested specifications whenever possible. However, such requests are not always possible to accommodate. In such cases where lot assignments are moved, substitutions will be as similar to that of the original accommodations, including size and location, where possible. Bella Terra RV Resort reserves the right to change lot assignments without notice. No refunds or reservation discounts will be given due to changes in resort or lot specific amenities.
Any maintenance concern on your lot should be reported within two hours from check-in where possible. Though every effort will be made to correct the working order of any lot specific appliance or amenity and/or resort amenity including pool and hot tub, we do not guarantee their availability or service. No adjustments will be made due to maintenance issues, nor will any refunds be offered.
All Bella Terra RV Resort lots and amenities are individually owned. Bella Terra RV Resort manages these lots on behalf of these owners. We treat all parties honestly, fairly and in good faith. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to refund payments, refuse rental, or to discontinue occupancy if in our judgment, your occupancy is detrimental to the property. We reserve the right to enter premises at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, management or showing to prospective buyer. Property may not be used for any unlawful purpose. By renting a lot you are assuming all risk of and liability for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises both latent and manifest. Neither Bella Terra RV Resort nor the property owner will be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Pets are limited to 2 per coach. Aggressive breeds are restricted. All boats, bicycles, trailers, equipment or other such similar items shall be kept as to conceal them from view of neighboring property and any roadways or streets. Resort provides a toy box storage facility at no charge to guests needing short-term storage space. Two (2) licensed motor vehicles, in addition to the Class A RV, may be parked on the RV pad. No clothes, sheets, blankets, laundry, or other such articles shall be hung or exposed outside of any RV. No tents, sheds, or other structures may be used at any time on the RV Resort Property, with the exception of any gazebos that are constructed by Developer. Check out time is 12:00 PM on your departure date. Gate passes must be turned in at the Rental Office. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one day’s rent at the published rate for that time period plus applicable taxes. Bella Terra RV Resort reserves the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover. It is vital that checkout be strictly observed so management can prepare the property for incoming guests.
LOST AND FOUND:
Bella Terra RV Resort is not responsible for items left on property or common areas. Retrieved items will be returned at Guest’s expense.
Bella Terra Gulf Shores Management requests each guest to take a measure of care with the property you have rented. Each property will be inspected upon departure for cleanliness and damage. Units where excessive cleaning is required may result in additional fees being applied to your reservation. Damage charges will be assessed after departure and upon appropriate cost determination being made.
